Welcome to St. Charles Adult Day Health Program! The St. Charles Community has been Celebrating Life and Embracing Seniors and their families for more than 50 years. Charlie’s Club, the Adult Day Health program, is a perfect example on how seniors lives are enriched and supported.
The program is designed to meet the needs of seniors and to serve as daytime respite for primary caregivers.
Specializing in the care of adults over the age of 60, the program offers assistance with activities of daily living, medical assistance and socialization. The program is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There are funding options available to those who qualify.
