Silver Linings for Seniors, Inc (SLFS) is a group practice comprised of counseling professionals that specialize in quality therapy services. Our team at SLFS focuses on a wide variety of issues that directly involve seniors, caregivers and loved ones. With over 20 senior-experienced therapists, our therapy team offers a vast range of different techniques and specialties to help a wide variety of people and needs. Our therapists at SLFS are Licensed Clinical Social Workers with a background specialized in seniors. They have earned a master’s degree and have clinical practice. Our therapists assist clients in overcoming trauma and other mental health concerns by providing resources and additional support.

Silver Linings for Seniors’ ultimate goal is to assist clients in locating their “silver lining.” With that, it is important to us to develop a lasting relationship with clients all while striving to meet therapy goals. Each SLFS client deserves a full and, independent life, filled with happiness, support, and love.

• Accepts Medicare Part B, private insurances and self pay.
• Can see clients in: private homes, memory care, assisted living, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC), independent living, rehabilitation, respite care, senior housing, our Cary office and via teletherapy.
• We are able to see people individually, as a family, or in a group setting.
• Specialties include: transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, social isolation, cognitive changes, dementia and Alzheimer’s, stress management, family support and much more!
• Locations: Wake, Chatham, Orange, Durham, Johnston, and Forsyth County. We also serve the entire state of North Carolina via teletherapy. In person locations: Cary, NC
