Downsize with a Heart: A personalized, one-stop service for home downsizing, moving, and dispersal of unwanted items. Our expert and dedicated staff understand that a major move at any age can be difficult and stressful.

As we develop your customized transition plan, we are simultaneously generating revenue and furniture donations to support the mission of the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio (FBCO). Downsize with a Heart is a social enterprise operated by the FBCO. We provide a valuable service to our customers and the community by turning empty houses into homes.

We start with a FREE personalized, in-home consultation to understand your transition needs. We offer a variety of fee-based services that can be tailored to your needs and budget. Our staff will assist you with every aspect of your move, including any or all of the following:

• Sort, organize, and pack your belongings
• Schedule and oversee movers
• Unpack and arrange your new home
• Donate unwanted items to the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio
• Arrange an auction for your belongings
• Provide general cleaning services after the move
• Coordinate with other services – realtors, attorneys, assisted living facilities, etc.
