Since 1985 caring has been a way of life at Worthington Christian Village. Because we are a not-for-profit community, we are motivated solely by our dedication to providing exceptional care to the senior adults of Central Ohio.
Our longstanding reputation speaks volumes. For nearly four decades, we have been synonymous with excellence, compassion, and trust. Our commitment to quality care has made us a beacon of reliability in the senior living landscape. Now, as the children of past residents return to embrace the same warmth and community spirit, our legacy continues to thrive.
But it’s not just our history that sets us apart—it’s our people. Many of our staff have been with us for years, even decades. Their dedication and expertise ensure that every resident receives the personalized attention and support they deserve.
We offer a continuum of lifestyle options with our Independent Living Cottages and Apartments, Assisted Living, and Health Care Center. Our 12-acre property is located just north of Worthington and overlooks Highbanks Metro Park. The beautifully maintained, wooded grounds have locations for walking and gardening, as well as areas for visiting with friends and family in the spacious gazebo or open courtyard.
Discover the Worthington Christian Village difference—where experience, compassion, and integrity converge to create a home like no other. Welcome to a place where you’re not just another resident, but a cherished member of our family.
“We grew tired of all the responsibility and upkeep that comes along with home ownership. We’ve been involved with the Village for more than 30 years and always knew we would live here someday. Our neighbors are wonderful, and we feel very blessed to be a part of this community.”
“My mom was a resident at the Village for five years and the community truly became her home. Everything from the staff to the food, to the beautiful grounds, were all things that brought her a lot of comfort. My family and I appreciated the convenience and security the Village provided her. The professional medical staff excelled in their treatment of older adults. I had a conversation once with The Village’s Executive Director, Randy Richardson, where he told me working at the Village ‘isn’t a job… it’s a calling” – this is true, I’ve seen it first-hand!”
“I always thought of my jobs in the past as just that.. work! This is the first place I have ever been employed that I don’t feel that way! It is like home and a family, I enjoy every day that I am here – from helping and visiting with the residents to the camaraderie of my co-workers; everyone here treats each other with love & respect. I cannot explain in words how wonderful it is to work here!
