The Waterford at Fairfield offers Independent Living to seniors who want an easier way of life. Our community has Studio, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Apartments to choose from. Included in your monthly rent are two meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, utilities, scheduled transportation and Dr. Visits. Along with that you will be able to participate in daily activities, enjoy all the benefits of living at Village at the Greene, but most of all, you will be able to have neighbors, socialize and make new friends. Senior Helpers or Caretenders can offer ADL assistance, medication reminders and can help with outpatient OT and PT but it’s not something that the Waterford provides.

I have lived here for 3 years with my mother and she and I love the activities. Lunch and dinner are great for socializing and the food is good. Most of all, mom and I feel safe and protected here.
