St. Charles Community has been serving the needs of local seniors for sixty years. We offer a full range of services on our beautiful campus that can accommodate the complex needs of aging seniors. Whether you need Personal Care services or just a support system to handle some daily tasks, like housekeeping and cooking, we have a solution for you.
As a faith-based community, our mission has always been to serve seniors and their families in an environment of mutual trust, willing cooperation, and sincere understanding. In our loving community, dignity is preserved, quality of life is improved and the whole person, both their body and their spirit, will be cared for with a deep devotion to the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
We have senior living apartments in the Lodge, each one allowing the residents to furnish it and make it their own.

The St. Charles Homestead is our personal care home for seniors who require more one-on-one assistance, ranging from medication administration to bathing, dressing and daily living assistance. Our compassionate team of health care professionals includes nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, and social workers to ensure that we care for peoples’ health holistically and professionally.
The Village at St. Charles provides our residents with beautiful independent living cottages nestled in a cozy wooded setting.

- Separate laundry rooms furnished with a washer and dryer
- Spacious living rooms

Charlie’s Club Adult Day Health Program
- Program hours that support the working caregiver. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm
- Medication administration, nursing assessments and medical services as ordered by a participants’ physician
- Two daily meals prepared by our Chef
- Daily calendar of life enrichment programs and wellness exercise activities
- Assistance with personal care and grooming
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy services on-site if needed
- Podiatry services available by request
