Memory Care

Pathway’s of Purpose offers tailored activities that are designed to affirm each resident’s identity and “spark” connections within an accepting, loving community. Invite: We invite our residents to experience purpose dignity and joy. Familiarize: We take time to know who our residents were, are and who they want to continue to be. Support: Provides a sense of relief, joy and healing as we support a more robust, active and engaging lifestyle. Affirm: We recognize the hard work and perseverance it takes to get through a day, and we take time to celebrate the moments of joy. The four steps outlined here are the foundation of how we engage with our residents to inspire significance and understanding.
