• A distinct, post-hospital unit within our center was specially designed for your short stay which requires more intense medical and rehabilitation care. Before being recognized with the MedBridge certification, we had to meet stringent clinical, rehabilitative and outcomes criteria.

RESIDENTIAL CARE

• Should you or your loved one need longer term care, you will be involved along with your physician, the care team, and your family to formulate an individualized plan of care.
