You’ll find a fishing pond, tennis court, playground, and clubhouse with an indoor pool on the grounds. We offer convenient access to medical specialists and nationally recognized hospitals like Indiana University, St. Vincent, Franciscan Health and Johnson Memorial Health, which is located directly across the street from our campus.
Once known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community is now called a Life Plan Community to better reflect the lifestyle options we offer our residents. Living at Otterbein Franklin is not about retirement, but more about living an active, healthy life and still being able to plan for your future needs and preferences.
Our non-profit, faith-based community offers many choices for people aged 62 or older who desire security, peace of mind, and the freedom to live life to the fullest in a Christian, home-like setting.
Our charming campus features an array of living options to suit any lifestyle, including Life Care Services. Life Care Services are available upon paying an entrance fee which guarantees placement and services for your lifetime.

CCRCs generally charge a one-time entrance fee in addition to monthly fees. Monthly fees may change according to care level. As care needs increase, other funding options may become available, including Long Term Care Insurance and Medicare.
