Mt. Zion Suburban Apartments

Built in 1974, Mt. Zion Suburban Apartments, a low-income rental housing community geared toward active seniors located in a quiet neighborhood in Indianapolis, offers residents a variety of amenities and scenic views of surrounding wooded areas. Our community consists of two beautifully landscaped three-story buildings with elevators that provide one-bedroom apartments to the elderly, the disabled, and families who meet our low-income requirements. To promote a sense of community among our residents, we engage them in various activities and programs. We communicate with each resident regularly to ensure that their needs are met. Discover a new place to call home and call it yours. Our friendly and knowledgeable community team is eager to show you everything we offer.
