McGurk House is specially designed for active seniors age 62 and older, or for those applying for an apartment specifically constructed to be accessible to people with a physical disability.

Persons wishing to reside at McGurk House must have an adjusted income which does not exceed federally established income limits for the Lynchburg area. The amount paid for rent, including a utility allowance, will not exceed thirty percent of an eligible resident’s adjusted income.
