“We found that Liberty Commons was a God send for rehab after my mom broke her hip. The staff was friendly and attentive and the physical therapy department was very knowledgeable and helped my mom out tremendously. A special shout out goes to Karen Richmond who went out of her way to check on mom periodically and she even brought her a coffee from the outside on her way into work. Are they perfect…no, everyone needs more help these days but I would highly recommend this place.”

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of care provided by the rehab team. The nurses worked diligently to address any heath concerns. Although the CNAs (who were very positive and compassionate) were very busy helping others, they always helped me when needed. The facility was also very clean-housekeeping was wonderful. The food was excellent! Admissions, activities, front desk staff, and discharge planning staff worked together as a team to ensure my stay was productive, smooth, and coordinated.
