Crestview Lakes Villa

Crestview Lakes Villa is the finest manufactured home community in the state of Kentucky. Each home is individually owned by the resident living in the home. There are no home rentals allowed in the community, therefore, we know our residents personally. This provides greater security for all residents of our community. Each resident has to have park approval to live here, credit screening and background check.

Eighty-five percent of our residents are over the age of 55. Each home is on a rented lot which includes a private driveway, a yard light and a sidewalk.
