Cottingham Retirement Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). We are conveniently located off of Route 42, just 1/2 mile north of exit 46 off 275. Minutes from West Chester, Sharon Woods, Mason, Glendale, shopping and restaurants, Kroger and Walgreens are across the street!

We offer everything under one roof, giving our residents the ease of moving from one level to another without leaving their Cottingham Family: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care. We have an on-site Therapy Department that offers: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

All you need in one Community that believes in compassionately serving all who enter our doors with individual kindness and care, delivered in a spirit that sets us apart. There is no endowment fee, only a one-time community fee. We offer studio apartments as well as 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living is for those individuals requiring personal attention with bathing, dressing, and mediation. Our Care Companions visit each apartment on a regular basis to offer assistance. Our goals are to make sure resident’s life as independent and enjoyable as possible. Cottingham believes in compassionately serving all who enter our doors with individualized kindness and care, delivered in a spirit that sets us apart.

Respite Stays Available

Our Respite stays provide a hiatus for the family caregiver. A pause from the duties of caregiving is so important in maintaining a positive outlook. We know that you are juggling so may duties, and it can be incredibly stressful. We have a furnished guest suite for those times that you need that breather. Please call for details, we are her to listen and help.
