Our assisted living option provides personalized help, supportive services and compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed, community setting. Memory Care

Madonna Manor is prepared to nurture your loved one’s special needs due to Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. Our specially trained staff works closely with residents’ physicians and families to provide whole-person care in a well-designed, compassionate environment.

One of the unique features of our program is the integration of the values of reverence and integrity. We train caregivers how to interact with residents with dementia to promote independence based on their abilities. Rather than focusing on what dementia has taken from the resident, caregivers help them to complete tasks that they are able to do.

Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation

Our healthcare areas offer both short and long-term skilled nursing care and are accredited by The Joint Commission. Professional nursing/therapy staff members monitor each resident’s medical condition, and services are provided through a specially designed care plan. As needs change, our team adjusts care and services allowing residents to maintain their individuality and dignity.

The Adelaide Center

The Adelaide Center offers virtually everything residents need for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. The Center features a retention pond and landscaped garden areas for quiet relaxation a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and a multi-purpose room with flat-screen televisions and media equipment to keep residents entertained.
