CareCore at Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located near Winton Woods Park in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides the highest quality Nursing and Rehabilitation Care, perfect for you or your loved one. Along with Short-Term Care and Long-Term Care, we offer an all-female Dementia Unit designed to provide a safe, comfortable home for women living with dementia. Our residents enjoy spending time in the gazebo and taking in the fresh air. Residents who prefer to stay indoors or on rainy days can take advantage of our activities department, which works diligently to provide a wide variety of daily activities.
