Brookdale Skeet Club is an intimate, single story community in High Point, North Carolina that offers personalized assisted living options for seniors. The innovative design of our community provides private apartments as well as charming, home-like community areas for socializing, dining and entertaining.

We partner with each resident to design an individualized, personal service plan. These plans are reviewed regularly by staff to ensure that we meet the changing needs of our residents. Our trained staff is there to assist with personal needs, such as bathing, dressing, dining more.

You are an individual, and we believe your care plan should reflect that. Our focus at Brookdale Skeet Club is to give you a personalized care plan that reflects your specific needs. To do this, we provide a service assessment with each one of our residents.

During the assessment, we take the time to listen to you and understand your needs fully. We then partner with you to establish clinical, dining and program support that fits your situation. If your needs change during your stay with us, we will adjust services to the level that you need.

With each resident, our aim is to let them live as independently as possible while providing a level of support that promotes a healthy and safe lifestyle. Our staff is incredibly skilled at giving the right balance of respect and support. They go out of their way to provide an exceptional blend of service, care and hospitality.

Attendees get to know each resident individually — their likes, dislikes, hobbies and family stories. So, whether it’s a scented lotion, a unique snack, a favorite recipe or a lifelong interest, we integrate everything we learn to create a truly individualized living experience.
