PORK & CHICKEN MARINADE Great for pork chops and grilled or baked chicken. WHAT YOU NEED: 1 cup blended oil3⁄4 cup brown sugar1⁄2 cup lemon juice1⁄4 cup yellow mustard1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard1⁄4 cup chopped garlic3 tablespoons dried thyme1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauceAbout 1 tablespoon white vinegar1 teaspoon liquid smoke2 teaspoons kosher salt2 teaspoons black pepper DIRECTIONS: Whisk all ingredients briskly.
