Seven Hills Hospice provides care in the patients’ home or home-like settings while maintaining their dignity and rights. Our professional and dedicated team of caregivers includes Skilled Nurses, Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Social Workers, Medical Director (Physician), Chaplain, Pharmacist and Volunteers.

These individuals are highly trained to help each patient live as comfortably as possible while achieving the best quality of life during the final stages of their illness. By offering quality services we are able to assist patients and their loved ones through the journey and offer continued bereavement support for at least 13 months following the death of the loved one.

The compassionate caregivers at Seven Hills Hospice believe that this journey should not be traveled alone. We offer teaching and training programs for the patient, family members and friends.
