Lake Prince at Home prioritizes providing specialized services where residents are most comfortable. It has three distinct features:

1. Home Care Team – provides support for non-medical home needs *housekeeping, meal prep, etc.*
2. Home Health Team – offers the appropriate clinical care tailored to the residents’ circumstances in the home environment.
3. Hospice Services – are delivered compassionately – at home or in the health care unit – when a physician certifies a life expectancy of six months or less.
