Enliven Home Health provides Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work and other Patient-Oriented Services. We are medicare-certified and have been granted a 5-star status by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Our Physical Therapy program includes the following:
- Therapeutic Exercises to improve Strength, Endurance and Balance
- Transfer and Gait Training
- Establishment or Upgrade of a Home Exercise Program
- Pain Management including ultrasound and electrotherapy when appropriate
- Prosthetic Training
- Fall Prevention
- Assistive Device
Our Skilled Nursing services and programs include the following:
- Our Registered Nurses can adjust the care plan at each visit to respond to your residents’ needs
- Skilled Wound Care
- Assessment and Symptom monitoring
- Lab Collection including Finger Stick PT/INR testing
- Care of Ostomies, Tubes, Drains, Catheters and other Devices.
- Medication Administration and Injections
- Pain Management and Teaching
- Disease Management and Teaching
- Bladder Training and Incontinence Care Program
- Patient and Caregiver Education and Training
- 24 hour On-Call Nurse
Our Occupational Therapy program includes the following:
- Independent Living / Daily Living Skills Training
- Muscle Re-Education
- Perceptual Motor Training
- Fine Motor Coordination
- Neurodevelopmental Treatment
- Orthotics / Splinting
- Fabrication of and Training related to Adaptive Equipment
Our Speech Therapy program includes the following:
- Swallowing and Diet Evaluations
- Treatment of Voice Disorders, Speech Articulation and Language Disorders
- Treatment of Swallowing Disorders and Dysfunction
- Cognitive / Memory Treatment
- Non-Verbal Communication Training
