Our foundation is based on a nurse’s perspective and our philosophy remains truly patient focused. We have found by achieving a high level of communication between the office staff, field staff, physicians, and the patient/family the result is a patient oriented coordination of services. Consequently, by following this “patient first” attitude, our business has been a proven success.

Our mission is to provide high quality home health care and education to our patients/clients and their families. Compass is located in Dayton, Ohio. However, our service area actually covers multiple locations including not only Montgomery County but Greene, Darke, Clark, Miami, Fayette, Shelby, Champaign, Preble, Butler, and Warren counties.

Compass is not only Medicare Certified, but also Joint Commission Accredited.  We are a participating provider for a variety of government sponsored insurance plans, accept many private insurance companies, and accept private pay.  Additionally, we have contracts at multiple major infusion companies in Ohio to facilitate infusion therapy services and supplies for our patients.

Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Workers, Dietitians, Personal Care Assistants.

The nursing staff is experienced and knowledgeable in areas of advanced wound care including specialty dressings and Wound VAC therapy.  By using advanced specialty dressings and treatments, the patient experiences decreased visit frequency with faster wound healing.

We have other specialty services that include Cardio-Pulmonary Care, Pediatrics, high-risk/perinatal and post-partum (mom and baby) follow-ups, Diabetic Management, High Tech IV Therapy, Pre/Post Transplant Care, and Joint Replacement Therapy.
