Accessible Home Care of Mid Carolina cares for your family as we care for our own. Life’s challenges sometimes have a way of blessing you with new and rewarding opportunities. Tony and Trish Callaway were faced with the need to find care for their parents.
His mother was suffering from Alzheimer’s dementia and her father developed dementia following a stroke. When they discovered how difficult it was to find quality and compassionate care for their parents they decided to open their own agency.
In March of 2009, Tony left his job as a corporate executive and Trish gave up her career as a college professor and opened Accessible Home Care of Mid Carolina.
Their guiding principle is to never hire a team member who they would not entrust to care for their own loved ones. They are very active in the local senior community and their church.
In 2014 Tony’s tireless commitment to seniors was recognized when he was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association, Eastern North Carolina Chapter.
