The Oaks at Brownsburg
We chose The Oaks at Brownsburg because of the affordability, and my dad was in a position where he needed some assistance with things like cleaning, food preparation, and a place where he could make friends. He moved here during Covid, and the staff were amazing! I would highly recommend them – my dad is very happy here.
We recently moved my husband’s Grandmother to The Oaks at Brownsburg. We were nervous – she had lived in the same house for so many years and she didn’t want to move. For multiple safety reasons, we moved her at the end of March, 2020. It was in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic and the staff were so welcoming and warm hearted. They checked on her daily, emailed us, and even text messaged us to keep us up to date with her progress. It took a few weeks for her to settle in and now I can’t imagine her being anywhere else. She now comes out of her apartment, speaks to other residents, eats in the dining hall, and enjoys sharing stories with the staff. The dedication and teamwork of the staff is exemplified on a daily basis and we have been so happy with our decision.
I would highly recommend this community to others. The staff is very friendly and they keep the community nice and clean.
