Our spacious apartment-style Personal Care neighborhood features a comfortable gathering area and beautiful dining room. Residents can choose from a studio or one bedroom living space to call home. We offer two levels of memory care neighborhoods: “Sycamore” for early onset Alzheimer’s/Dementia care located on the second floor Personal Care and “Willow” for residents who require increased monitoring and assistance in a secured environment. A daily calendar of events encourage residents to stay active and engaged.

Our State-of-the-Art “Rehab Center” is designed for both Inpatient and Outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy needs. The Rehab Center includes a full-functioning Occupational Therapy Suite enabling you to practice day-to-day responsibilities of being at your own home. Your Short Term Therapy suite is located within a private neighborhood setting which includes a beautiful country kitchen.

The Seasons@Alexandria also offers a professional Skilled Nursing Program within comfortable neighborhoods, which include inviting gathering areas, fireplaces and country kitchens. This calm environment feels just like home!
