Senior Adult Integrity Program

Seniors in the late-adult life stage experiencing an acute psychiatric disorder.

• Co-Occurring Disorders
• Self-harm or thoughts of self-harm
• Dangerous behaviors toward others
• High-risk behaviors
• Difficulty with daily functioning
• Depression
• Problems with concentration or decision-making
• Unexplained fatigue
• Feeling of worthlessness and helplessness
• Memory loss
• Increase or decrease in appetite
• Social withdrawal

The program is designed for patients in the late-adult life stage experiencing an acute psychiatric disorder. The disorder is severe enough to present a danger to the individual or others and requires inpatient hospitalization. The program will offer a combination of psychopharmacology and a therapeutic community to help in the decrease of symptoms, promote physical health, improve and maintain cognitive functioning and increase positive socialization.

Patients and families, or referring professionals, can call SUN 24/7 to schedule a no-cost assessment.  Adults can be assessed and admitted directly to SUN.  A SUN Intake Specialist will be waiting to help.  Professional referrals are not necessary.  Inpatient and outpatient services provided.  Programs available for all ages.
