We moved Mom here after becoming unhappy at another location. We were hooked after the tour - such a huge difference in the physical environment and activities. The staff here fully engages with the residents. They're not stuck in their rooms all day. They're encouraged to interact with each other with fun activities. Mom is healthier because of their attention to the mind and body. The facility is clean and looks like a fancy hotel. The staff seems happy and are always so kind and friendly to both us and Mom. Good staffing is the key and Kauhale must be treating their team well. I wish we'd moved Mom here sooner.

Our mother was at Kauhale Centerville for over a year until her passing. The facility has so much to offer...a courtyard for residents to get some fresh air, a wonderful activities program, tasty food, and very clean environment. The staff at Symphony shows every resident so much kindness, respect and love. It is evident that the staff all have a special heart for memory care...they love all of the residents and treat them like they are their own parent.

Hi, Its Velvie My husband of 48 years George Hall lives at Kauhale I miss him every day but I know he is in the best care I could ever wish for. I love Shawn, Rae, Stephanie, and Chelsea. I am in my 80s and I can not always come to visit so I call Shawn when he is at the desk and he checks on George for me. He goes out of his way to make sure my husband looks nice. That he is shaved, in nice clothes and always ready for visitors. I enjoy talking to those workers because I am alone at home and they are my family now. Shawn brings a wheel chair to my car to get me when I come and visit, he writes Georges name in all his clothes for me. I sit and talk with Stephanie and Chelsea and Rae. Rae decorates so beautiful at all her parties. I know the Covid made it really hard to come visit and Rae would use her telephone to call me so I could see George. The building is so clean, I tell everyone I know how clean it is. Everyone works so hard and I just love them. Love Velva
