We are a 55+ Active Adult Community located in Avon, Ohio. Our community is a fun and exciting place for you or a loved one to call home. As a conservation development, our community is required to set aside at least 40 percent of its land to open spaces. More than almost half of Avenbury Lakes’ 146 total acres are set aside for natural features like wetlands, lakes, walking trails, and green spaces. Between 1996 and 2006, the construction of 352 ranch-style residences were built.
