Moving doesn’t have to be overwhelming. We have been helping seniors and their families through the process since 2007 – from downsizing and clean out of your existing home to the actual move and setting up your new home.

Call us or submit some basic information online.
One of our Client Services Managers will reach out to discuss the project and set up a complimentary one-hour consult to go into more detail (may be by phone or in your home).
During the consult we will talk through your needs, concerns, timelines, and budget. We will also review all the items you’d like to take with you and discuss options for the remaining items.
We will work up the best plan based on your situation and deliver a proposal.
Your Client Services Manager will facilitate and execute as much or as little of the work as you’d like!

Sydney will be working closely with local movers, professional organizers, and more to fulfill those solutions. She will consult with seniors and their families to assess the unique situation, then create the best combination of services for the move. Options include downsizing, clean-outs, packing and unpacking, resettling, and much more – in addition to the actual transport of belongings to the new home. Sydney’s role also encompasses coordinating move-day with the senior community and overseeing all parts of the project.

Moves for Seniors works with more than 800 senior communities nationwide, and many in North Carolina. In addition to resident moves, critical services Moves for Seniors will offer to North Carolina’s senior facilities are related to internal logistics. From model moves to renovation projects to emergency relocations, Sydney will be available to provide solutions for the move- and labor-related needs. At a time when many facilities are short-staffed, these services can be invaluable.

Sydney’s passion is providing an excellent experience for clients, leveraging her logistical and project management experience. She goes above and beyond to ensure senior transitions go smoothly and to minimize stress for seniors, family members, and communities. Sydney is from FL but moved to NC several years ago to be close to her family. She most enjoys playing instruments and her dogs, Penny, Shadow, and Knox.
