Crispy Oven Roasted Kale Recipe

Here is a nutritious and delicious side dish for any occasion. Oven roasted kale is a low calorie, low carb, low sugar, and low fat side dish that offers more flavor than a boring salad. It gives a new spin to the usual greens, and it gives that crunch that we all love.
Kale is a great vegetable to eat because it is full of calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K. Kale offers many anti-cancer benefits; helps lower cholesterol; and fights heart disease. Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables on the planets so always be sure to include some in your diet.
Crispy Oven Roasted Kale Recipe
Serves 4
2 bunches kale, thick stems and ribs removed, leaves coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
1/2 a lime
Parmesan wedge
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and a few pinches of salt. Spread out the kale on a large baking sheet; the kale can be piled up a bit.
Bake until a little crispy on the edges but still tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove the kale from the oven.
Squeeze lime juice over the top, grate some Parmesan and serve warm.
