Homemade Chicken Tenders with Everything Bagel Seasoning over Salad Serves 4Active Time: 25 minutesTotal Time: 25 minutes Ingredients: 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 egg1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, preferably whole-wheat1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning blend1 pound chicken tenders1/4 cup grapeseed or canola oil2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 teaspoon honey1/8 teaspoon ground pepper5 ounces mixed baby greens Directions: Place flour in a shallow dish and lightly beat egg in another shallow dish. Mix breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning in a third shallow dish.
